How do I book?

The best way to book is directly through our official hotel website.

Are taxes included in the price?

All hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax, in accordance with the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance

 

What is the cancellation policy?

This depends on the room package and rate plan you booked. Please check your reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policy that applies to your booking.

 

What is your no-show policy?

If a guest fails to arrive or cancels outside the permitted cancellation period, the booking will be considered a “No Show.” The applicable guarantee charge will depend on the specific rate plan of the reservation. We recommend reviewing your booking details for accurate information.

 

How can I cancel my booking?

If your booking is cancellable, either click the 'Cancel' button at the bottom of your confirmation email, or simply email guestservice@stagewellhotel.com.

 

What cards do you accept?

We accept Master, Visa, Union Pay, Alipay and Wechat Pay.

Important notes: At check-in, guest must present the credit card used for booking for verification. Failure to do so will invalidate the reservation and may result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

 

Do you accept cash payment?

If a guest wishes to pay by cash, full prepayment is required before arrival. Alternatively, they may provide a credit card as a guarantee.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 2:00 PM for direct bookings with the hotel and 3:00 PM for bookings made through third-party channels. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

 

Is there a minimum age for check-in?

Yes. To check in, a guest must be 18 or older. If not, they must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

 

Can I book a room for special event e.g. birthday party, bachelorette party etc...?

No, events are not permitted in our guest rooms

 

Even if I fully prepay my reservation, do I still need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a HKD 500 security deposit is required at check-in and will be fully refunded upon successful check-out. Guests can pay by cash or credit card.

 

FACILITIES and SERSVICES

Do you have bars, cafés or restaurants?

We do not have an on-site restaurant, but our sister restaurant, Taste Well, is located right next door.

 

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Of course. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout all rooms and common areas.

 

Can I bring my pets?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the Hotel

 

Do you provide baby cot and baby bathtub?

Yes, we provide complimentary cots and baby bathtubs, subject to availability. We recommend confirming their availability with us before finalizing your booking.

 

What's your child policy?

Children aged 6 and below can share existing bedding with adults. Those exceeding this age will be considered adults. Please include all children in your booking to stay within the room's maximum capacity.

 

Do you have hair dryers?

Yes, we have hair dryers in all guest rooms.

 

Do you provide laundry services?

We offer an on-site coin-operated guest laundry room.

 

Do you provide toiletries?

Yes, we provide Body Wash, Shampoo, Hair Conditioner and Soap.

 

Do you provide facilities for guests with disabilities?

Yes, we offer accessible rooms with extra space for wheelchair users, including features like lowered bathroom facilities and emergency call buttons

 

Do you have fitness rooms?

We have a fitness room with cardio equipment and a yoga room.

 

Do you have swimming pool?

Unfortunately, we do not have a swimming pool on-site. However, Kowloon Park Swimming Pool is just a 5‑minute walk from the hotel.

 

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Do you allow smoking on property or in your Guest Rooms?

No, we are a smoke-free hotel.

 

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, luggage storage is available for bags dropped off and picked up during your check-in or check-out day at the hotel.

 

Do you have a safety box in the room?

Yes, each room is equipped with an electronic safety box for your valuables.
